Terms of use and participation
Version and application
Version dated 24 October 2026.
These documents set out the terms for using the website and processing personal data. The agreed contract, programme, invoice and other documents also apply to a specific service where relevant.
The current version is published on this page. New service terms apply to new enquiries and orders and do not automatically change previously agreed obligations. Policy changes do not automatically expand the purposes for processing previously collected data; new consent is requested separately where needed. The operator communicates material changes affecting an ongoing relationship through the available contact details.
Service provider and contact details
RESCIE, business identification number 230940003866. Registered address: Apt. 5, 2/6 Bauyrzhan Momyshuly Avenue, Almaty District, Astana. Office: 47A Tauelsizdik Avenue, Astana. Email: info@rescie.com. Phone: +7 706 888 9365. RESCIE is the public name used by the same organization, not a separate legal entity.
The website provides information about research, educational programmes and services for organizations, accepts enquiries and applications, and offers public document verification. The specified legal entity is the contracting party for services.
Choosing a service and agreeing participation
Content, format, language, dates, price, access arrangements, completion requirements and the document issued are determined by the specific programme description and the agreed order or contract terms.
Submitting an enquiry or application does not confirm payment, access or successful programme completion. A programme may provide for direct registration, application review or prior agreement with an organization. Any missing terms must be clarified with the administrator before payment.
Payment
At this stage, payment is arranged with the administrator using the provided bank details or invoice. The service, price and currency, payer, scope of participation and service terms are agreed before payment. Payment is confirmed by an administrator.
Website forms do not accept bank card details. Automated online payment is not currently enabled. Introducing online payment in the future will not exclude manual payment; the terms of a specific method must be communicated to the payer before use.
Organizational and group participation
An organization can arrange group learning and payment under one invoice or contract. Group composition, participant lists, allocation of the amount and confirmation of participation are agreed with the administrator. Automated group purchasing through the website is not currently available.
The customer and participants may be different persons. Payment by an organization is not grounds for issuing one shared document to all participants: enrolment, fulfilment of programme requirements and document issuance are recorded individually. The group organizer agrees participant-list changes with the provider and ensures lawful transfer of their data.
Learning and access
The learning format is defined by the specific programme terms and communicated before payment. A programme may include in-person classes, online meetings, independent work and learning materials. If an external educational platform is used, its name, access arrangements and dates are communicated before access is provided.
RESCIE may develop its own educational platform in the future. Its availability and functionality are not promised as part of a current order unless separately agreed. Participants use access within the agreed terms and inform the administrator if they cannot access the service.
Completion documents and public verification
A credential is issued to an individual participant after the relevant programme requirements are fulfilled. Payment alone does not establish fulfilment of those requirements. An issued document can be verified by identifier or QR code; the public information displayed is described in the Privacy Policy.
The document confirms completion of the specified RESCIE programme. It does not in itself imply state accreditation, a professional licence, an official qualification or state recognition unless expressly stated for the specific programme.
Where an expiry date applies, it is displayed in the verification result. Contact the provider to clarify status, correct an error or discuss revocation. Do not alter a document identifier or use it to present another person's achievements as your own.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
To change participation, cancel or request a refund, email info@rescie.com with the programme, participant or paying organization and information sufficient to locate the payment. Do not send full bank card details.
Requests are considered in light of applicable mandatory rules, the agreed service terms, the stage of delivery and the circumstances. Specific cancellation, rescheduling, participant-substitution and refund rules must be agreed before payment. These terms do not impose a blanket ban on refunds or restrict mandatory consumer rights.
Data, enquiries and changes to terms
Provide accurate information and only data about others that you are entitled to share. Processing arrangements are described in the Privacy Policy. Do not send passwords, bank card details or unnecessary document copies through website forms.
Questions about services, documents and enquiries should be sent to info@rescie.com or raised by phone on +7 706 888 9365. The parties' mandatory rights remain unaffected by website wording. Changes to terms for new orders do not automatically amend previously agreed terms.
